From the moment we arrived at Best Western Plus Hotel Du Parc Chantilly, we were greeted warmly by the attentive staff. The upgraded room we were given was light and airy with a lovely outside patio, offering a perfect spot to unwind. Despite a slight smell of damp in the bathroom, the shower over the bath was powerful, and the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay.The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the charming town of Chantilly, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby catering to all budgets. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the comfortable rooms provided a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection, setting us up for the day ahead.Although there were some minor disappointments during our stay, such as the faint smell of damp in the bathroom, the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the cleaner attending to our room, left a lasting impression. Their kindness and willingness to assist us made our stay memorable.Best Western Plus Hotel Du Parc Chantilly offers a pleasant stay with modern amenities, a great buffet breakfast, and a convenient location for exploring the heart of Chantilly.
