During my Easter stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Du Parc Chantilly, the room service was exceptional with a spacious room featuring a beautiful balcony and a view of the internal garden. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering a complimentary refill of the mini fridge stocked with water, juice, and soft drinks. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom pristine with Uriage toiletries. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and a lovely walk to the chateau. The breakfast was average but with good drink options and pastries. A cozy and well-cared-for hotel that made our stay enjoyable.
